2. Materials
Wood: We prioritise reclaimed and FSC®-certified timber.
Finishes: We use low-VOC, water-based stains and natural oils.
Hardware & Glass: Where possible, we source from suppliers with recycled content and closed-loop processes.
3. Packaging
We are committed to reducing single-use plastics. Our packaging uses:
Recycled or FSC®-certified cardboard.
Paper-based wraps and tapes.
Minimal ink and biodegradable fillers.
4. Energy & Transport
We consolidate shipments to reduce emissions.
Carbon-offset delivery options are available for customers.
We continually assess our operations to cut energy use and carbon output.
5. Circularity & Waste
Repairs: We provide care guides and spare parts where possible.
Returns & Take-back: Products can be returned for refurbishment or donation.
Second Life: Items with minor marks are offered at reduced prices instead of being discarded.
6. Fair Work
Our products are made in small workshops where artisans are paid fairly and work under safe conditions. We only partner with suppliers who share these values.
